People sometimes ask me how I keep up with AI. The honest answer: I've largely outsourced it to a system. Everything I read, watch and save comes together in one place, my own second brain. Once a week it turns that into short reading advice: what's new, what's worth your time. I no longer have to make the rounds myself.

The front end is a handful of fixed sources. A few newsletters I read every week, a set of YouTube channels on tech and research that my second brain summarizes for me daily, and individual people on X that I follow. Nothing exotic, but consistent. And the biggest source, in the end, is me: two years of my own conversations, notes and projects, made searchable in that same place.

The full list, with who they are and why, I keep separately. It grows along with what I read.
